It started yesterday and its a constant pain in-between my left arm and my chest, should I call?

I had terrible pain in my left shoulder for about 3 days post op. they told me it was from trapped CO2 gas from the surgery that get under the diaphragm and the pain is referred to the shoulder. a heating pad really helped alot.

Thanks for your prayers everyone, the cat scan came back ok and the pain has finally stopped. So they are going to let me go home and I need to follow up with my general doctor.
