You can use the search box (on the line with Forums, Community, Photos...etc) and change the gray box to say "Members". Then put in their name, search, and when you get to their profile page, send them a message.

How are June's 12th doing. I just got up at 4 am because i have my last appointment with the doctor before the sleeve day today at 9 am. I started my liquid diet yestarday and at night I was full of gases in my stomach. Anybody hss the same? Is it normal?

Yep, first day of liquids and I was quite gassy all morning. I bough a premixed clear protein drink and I don,t think my tummy likes it at all, so will have to ditch those! Tomorrow I will try the suggested protein powder instead.
