  1. Yes; I am taking vitamins and also B12, Calcium and every other thing the doctor told me to do! Any other idea? THanks
  2. Two weeks into the second phase of food, I am feeling extremely tired mostly in the afternoons and with a upper back pain (into the ribs area) which I never had before surgery. My doctor said the tiredness can be lack of hydration and the back pain can be due to changes into my posture due to the loss of weight. Any idea. I can barely move in the afternoons and the worst thing is that I am a wedding photographer and my jod is mostly in the afternoon and night.

  19. Hi, tomorrow i will be one week post op and since being at home i feel a weird sesnsation, like goosebumps in my upper back on the right side near the homoplatus. Is this normal?
  20. Dear MariaL, i am a recently sleeved psycologist. What you are feeling may be perfectly normal. You are used to see yourself as an overweighted woman. This, even when is not the ideal way of being, has been your way for i dont know how long. We humans are animals of habits and we leatn about this habits. Now you are changing and even when changes are for good, they are not a bit easy. So i recommend you, more than taking antidepressant pills, go to avtherapist and work in change of habits . You will be ok but it will mean interanl work. Good luck and be string. You can break habits!!! We all can.
  21. Are you eating other things than shakes? ( diet jello, yogurt, fruit juice, liquid oat? If not try to mix so you dont feel so bored. Good luck
  22. Hi, I was sleeved past Wed 12th and wanted to know what your doctors said about driving again and walking long distances (2.5 or 5 miles). I am feeling so well, maybe just a little dizzy at times, that I think I could drive and walk maybe in 3 days (a week before surgery). Any recommendations?
