I was working out on the elliptical and driving 7 days post op. Check with your surgeon's office. Generally, it is largely based on being off narcotics and how you feel but some surgeons require rest

Hi, I was sleeved past Wed 12th and wanted to know what your doctors said about driving again and walking long distances (2.5 or 5 miles). I am feeling so well, maybe just a little dizzy at times, that I think I could drive and walk maybe in 3 days (a week before surgery). Any recommendations?
