Had Gastric Sleeve Surgery Tuesday May 28th 2013

I am not digging the broth and jello. The broth is gross and tge jello makes me nauseated and burns when I swallow sometimes. Is it too early for cottage cheese or split pea soup?

I was on clear liquids for a week...everybody is different, though...still, I don't think I would try either of those if I had just had the surgery Tuesday

Follow your Plan. Each plan is different, but you don't want to let your head start to play any games!

I am 9 day out, try getting some soup like chicken noodle or veg beef, making it, and then straining it for the broth... It tastes WAY better than the broth in a can does :) keep strong you will get to full liquids soon then you can have PUDDING!!! We celebrated that day in my household :)
