39 lbs loss since sleeve

I do feel that I have gained several lbs in muscle, so not totally sure how much I've lost. I've been exercising for past 3.5 months now. Wow, just realized that.

Sleeved on may 2nd and down 67 pounds since two week preop

Sleeved May 15 and down 38 lbs! Plus, down to 1/4 of my diabetes and high blood pressure meds!

Update! Sleeved may 20th. SW at start of two wk pro op 228 Day of surgery 225 CW 195. Two huge things for me being under 200 and got the word that I can stop taking my insulin!!!! Major! Off all three diabetes meds in 7 weeks!!!! This was the whole reason for this surgery! On my way to healthy and loving it!

So glad for you being under 200 and, most of all, for being off the blood pressure meds! Me too! We are so blessed! I look forward to dipping down below 200 in the coming weeks!

Very encouraged by you! Thank you for sharing!

Sleeved May 17th so I am two months out today. Starting weight 217.4, weight today is 187.4. Total of 30 pounds gone and very happy about that!

This has been an incredible journey. Some ups and downs. I had surgery May 21st

Current weight 195 and a loss of over 35 total inches.

Still is an issue with getting in all my liquids and Protein totals but each day is a new beginning. Off all my meds for blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol and off sleep apnea machine since 2 weeks post op. That was the goal for me. Gone from a size 18 down to a 12! Can't really imagine shopping in something other than plus size.

I struggle with this still too; I had surgery May 16, down 33 lbs but I think I would be losing faster if I could hit my protein and Water goals.

Anyone else struggling with this? What do you do?

Lost 31.4 since surgery
