You will enjoy c25k after a while. The beginning will seem really hard. When you do start on it, do report your progress on Deans c25k thread. Lots of company there!

Ok I did 60 minutes on that bad boy today! And I did a little running only 60 seconds at a time 3 times but it was good and I built up a sweat!

Lets cross our fingers that this, Protein and liquids work their magic and I lose a bit of weight again soon...

You're almost 7 months out Laura! Lol. Great job on the treadmill! I wish I had room for one. I've done horrible on my Water today! I need to get to sippin! That's probably why I feel crappy today.

7 months? HA thank you I'm getting old and confused! And yes the treadmill takes up a bunch of room! My husband is not to happy about it I the living room right now.. But I asked pretty please just for a while.. But he really wants it upstairs at some point..

Water! Yes! I'm dizzy today every time I stand up because I'm behind. This morning a friend came over and parked her butt for HOURS and I just wanted to try my treadmill so by the time she left I was behind on everything :( hadn't even had breakfast.. So now I'm super behind :(

Go Laura!! I think you are going to be amazed with a great drop soon.

Lynda

I hope so Lynda, from your lips to my scales "ears" at the very least I will get stronger, but I really want that weight loss.

Hehe.. Not sure if I built that much muscle overnight but oh well I'm going to just keep trying!

Girl a candy bar? Did you read that post yesterday I think it was?? The guy who ate a pack of m&ms, a piece of cake then licked the frosting off of a bunch of cupcakes later in the day and woke up 4 pounds lighter the next morning????

I think we might be going about this all wrong :P

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
