To bad you live where you do. I have a whole container that I have used about two servings and didn't like it at all. I'm willing to give mine away to anyone in the DFW area that wants it.

While the taste was not bad, the fact that you can't heat it over 140 degrees puts it at barely luke warm for me and I don't like it what for me is cold.

Newat52 - I get a small amount of tap water that is warm and dissolve the powder, then heat the rest of the water you want to as hot as you would like it then mix the two. Works for me everyday at lunch, then I have hot chicken broth

Thanks for that info. I had even emailed the folks there and they told me once the Protein reached over 140 it would gel.

I had not tried what you suggested. Although, now that I am 10 weeks out I am on regular food, but maybe I will try it if I get sick. I could add some to my homemade broth.

Huh maybe I should think about buying some samples first huh?

Although I liked unjury and it was the only Protein I tolerated well immediately post-op, it is a good idea to buy the samples and try it first.
