Best Wishes for all those just done or about to be. Update on me, now 1 Week 4 Days post sleeve and hernia repair. I mowed the lawn and cleaned the kitchen up. Life is getting back to normal slowly. I did have considerable pain from a hiatal hernia repair that prevented me from using my cpap the first 6 days post op but that subsided and now am pain free. The sleeve part never hurt. I am eating the shakes, mashed taters, thinned soups and yogurts with no difficulties at all. Down 23.5 lbs so far. If you have difficulty your first week keep you spirts up, it will improve soon.

Update: I am 3 weeks post op tomorrow. I am down 31 lbs and have some issues with weakness. Every day I seem just a little better. I am eating fish, some lunch meats, scrambled eggs, imitation crab meat, tuna fish. I have some belly pain in my muscles if I do a lot of things around the house but that is improving as well. It's hard to get in all the protein without shakes so I supplement with them and I have to have a bottle of water with me most of the time or I won't get my 64 oz in. How is everyone else doing? I wish you all the quickest of recoveries and the smoothest of roads. If there are bumps , may you have the strength and perseverence to hang in there till it passes.

I just feel so exhausted I did dishes and swept I'm going to try to see the Dr tomorrow because I can't take this anymore they are going to have to admit me because I can't fight anymore
