Facial features change after weight loss?

So I am going to be 6 months post op in a few weeks (can't believe it lol) down almost 100lbs so far. (Highest weight was 379, down to 283. Still a ways to go but getting there) I was just looking at some old pictures of myself and doing side by side comparisons and I notice obviously my face looks A LOT thinner of course, but my facial features actually look different? My nose looks SO much smaller. I have always disliked my nose, thought it was too wide for my face, but looking at recent pictures to me it looks almost like I got a nose job or something? I honestly LOVE my 'new' nose haha I also feel the shape of my face has changed, I think its more heart shaped then the original 'round' I always assumed it was lol.

Has anyone else notices this or something similiar with their face losing weight?

Heres a few pictures to show what I mean

All of your photos are very beautiful!

My changes are that I now have lines and wrinkles that weren't visible before due to the extra fat. Not quite so much fun.

I'm right there with you. I love how I am looking, but not loving the new wrinkles. I am seriously considering Botox.

Thank you all so much yet again!! Definitly needed this boost to my self esteem this week! :)

I've noticed a difference in my nose. I was thinking about getting a nose job but I told myself that I had to wait until goal but it's thinning out and not as wide. I'm praying it goes down a little more so that I wont need a nose job.

You look fab but you are obviously young with lovely springy skin. I'm a darn sight older and my WL has meant I have a "wattle" neck, my naso- labial folds ( the lines running from edge of nose to edge of mouth) are WAY droopier, and even my eyelids seem saggier. My older and less collagen and youthful- plumping- goodies skin will not snap back anywhere near as well as yours has sadly. That said, I would not trade this for my old bum and jiggly bits in a million years!
