What is a daily food counter site?

Hello all, I hope you are all doing well :)

I'm sorry I know "daily food counter" isn't the correct term, I just forgot what it's called. I read here and there on the boards that some are using this to keep track of calories and such and I think it would be a good idea for me because I have not clue what my intake is a day.

Thank you!

I use my I- pad to do my fitness pal for every morsel good or bad that goes in my mouth. You also can use your home PC.

Lots of folks that have had VSG are on myfitnesspal. There's a tread in here somewhere to get friends. Very supportive bunch. Very easy program to work.
