Hi I'm in Ashoboro (NC Zoo) area. I got my Sleve on 6/23/15 By Dr. Fernandez (Dr. Fuzz) at Wake Forest Baptist. Hope everyone is feeling good today!

How does their financing work? Looking at them as well....in beginning phases and have completed a consult with another practice but heard good things about Baptist's program since I am in Salisbury.

I am not self pay. I have BCBSNC.

Have you looked into Dr.mallico with bariatric solutions of rowan?he did mine in April and is awesome!did it at the hospital here in town(his office is across the street) and the hospital will do intrest free financing for your deductible. I have bcnsnc too.

I went there and spoke with the receptionist and she told me that they did not take the BCBSNC for state employees and teachers.

I am in Albemarle (Stanly County). I have surgery in Concord with Dr. Bauman on August 29th, 2013.

Did you like Dr Bauman? Any advise for a newbie. I have gone to one of his seminars already.

I am with Dr. Heider as well. I am getting sleeved this Thursday October 15th. I am really happy to see the good reviews from Dr. Heider.

I came from Columbia, South Carolina to Lake Norman and the Centers for Weight Loss with Dr. Heider. I've met with him and his staff and they are wonderful. I am self-pay so my surgery was scheduled a little over 2 weeks after my first appointment. I am winding down the pre-op liquid protein diet and am anxious for Thursday to come.

Raleigh, NC here . . . I've received all of my healthcare from Duke. I started this health debacle with cancer back in 2011. I had a reoccurance in 2012. I developed all types of health issues that stemmed from the cancer. HBP, diabetes, depression, anxiety, menopause, etc. etc.

I thought I was ready 2 weeks ago . . . and now I'm finding out that my PCP didn't complete my paperwork properly . . .so now I may have to do another 4 consecutive visits.

I've livid.

I live in Carolina and sometimes it hard to really talk to other without being judged.
