I went there and spoke with the receptionist and she told me that they did not take the BCBSNC for state employees and teachers.Who did you go through? I am from Salisbury as well. Looking at the Center for Surgical Weight Loss Lake Norman.nesheag101, are you looking at self-pay with Dr. Heider? I'm looking at this center as well. Have you already done their seminar? I am not self pay. I have BCBSNC.How does their financing work? Looking at them as well....in beginning phases and have completed a consult with another practice but heard good things about Baptist's program since I am in Salisbury.Hello. Live in Salisbury, NC and currently starting process. Have researched a couple of places. Currently looking at Dr. Fuzz IN Winston Salem, NC. I have BCBSNC insurance and wondering if anyone knows if they require all of the payments up front or will they allow payments?@@Nylaj I planned on having it at Lake Norman but looking at Presbyterian with Dr. Voellinger to weigh out my options. Wanted to have it in Salisbury since i live in Salisbury they are not Blue distinction hospital@@Nylaj had my consult yesterday BMI was ok. My issue now is I have not met any of my deductible so facing a lot of out of pocket cost up front versus them billing me.@@jellis942 I have BCBSNC. I have done the seminar and actually had my consult today with Dr. Heider.Not sure of it is the same but I do share your nervousness! I go tomorrow for consultThat gives me hope! My BMI has always been at 40-41. I did loose a few pounds and it put my BMI at 39 and some change and of course I am back at 40.
