Wake Forest Weight Management

Hello. Live in Salisbury, NC and currently starting process. Have researched a couple of places. Currently looking at Dr. Fuzz IN Winston Salem, NC. I have BCBSNC insurance and wondering if anyone knows if they require all of the payments up front or will they allow payments?
