DFW Sleevers Healthy Meal Option

Hello all of my fellow DFW Sleevers! I found a fabulous place to get healthy prepared meals that are right sized portions and nutritionally dense. It's in Plano off Park and Midway. Right next door to Pei Wei. It's called Pick A Fit foods. I thought I'd share with all who struggle in meal preparation and eating out. I loved the creamy vegetable soup which is perfect for stage 2 of our diet.

I'll have to check that out. Another thing I like to do is go to Whole Foods with the wife and kids. The kids get pizza slices. my wife gets soup or something from the hot bar, and I go for the chicken and turkey dishes. It's priced per pound and self serve, so you take what you want. Most of their stuff is pretty healthy too.

This looks like the same kind of concept. They are all over the DFW area.

Yes very similar but this place has the entrees a la cart they aren't combined meals. You can make your own meal. :-)

Thanks! This is going to be very helpful for me when I want to grab a couple of meals when I don't feel like cooking. Surgery date is the 30th of this month and I am taking all the valuable information I can get.
