That's what I did and I know I am dehydrated based on the color excuse me of my urine and back pains. If you feel like you make be getting a UTI. Mix one tsp of baking soda to one eight ounce glass of water until the pain goes away. Had to start this today. Learned tis from a nurse who used to work in urgent careyears ago. And cranberry juice of course.

I drink 50-60 gr of protein a day. You'll get your energy back and you won't lose your hair. We need as much protein as we can consume after this ordeal.

I am glad to find your post because I feel awful today. Three weeks out. I am frustrated, weak, cold and hungry. I am praying it gets better but I threw up severa times since surgery and the protein drinks are getting frustrating. I tried today to blend strawberries in my drink and I had an adverse affect. My mother in law said strawberries have acid and to stay away. I want to try other foods but I am afraid. Any suggestions please!

Try a 1/4c non-fat greek yoghurt with no chunky fruit bits. It will go down well, trust me.
