  1. Feeling bad. I'm 4 and a half months out and I've lost only about 56 pounds. Several year prior I had the band lost 120 pounds. But four years later I had to take it out because I had hernia. Soon after my weight began creeping up then I got pregnant. 312 post gastric sleeve four plus months I'm down 56 pounds. I feel like unsuccessful and that my weight losd is on a slow progression:(

  5. Ten weeks out.down 40 pounds. Just started eatin without throwing up a week ago
  6. Started taking a liquid multi vitamin. My one a days have become unmanagable. I also tae d3, b12 sublingual. Was taking bioton pill may have to go liquid on that too.

  8. 7 weeks out and pretty much can eat mostly anything soft. I had a bad day. One I realized I could eat chips I kinda lost it this weekend. I ate chicken tacos for lunch 1 and 2 more for dinner. They were smaller than usual but the fact that I could eat them kinda scared me. Trying 2 get the water intake in can sometimes bea challenge
  9. That awesome. I was sleeved on 4/4 down 36 pounds thus far. I need to start excercising to tighten up
  10. CT sleever. I was sleeved at St Raphs in New Haven. Ursulla McMilliam is a wonderful surgeon.
  11. 4 weeks and two days out not a good eat day been nauseous and throwing up most of the day. Started when I ate watermelon. Tried to eat through out the day. Jus made made me sicker. Not a happy camper today

  13. Thanks. I want to eat salad but I won't. At tis point I hate prtein drinks and won't drink them that much maybe a couple times a week. Eating chobanie a banana and a tiny meal at this point
  14. Hey Laura I'm a month out and had severa incidents where I threw up bc I either gasped too much air while drinking or I wasn't ready for a certain food. Some weeks are better than others. What was your experience a month out. Sometimes I get frustrated. Vitamins. Sometimes its hard to get the pills down. Taking one aday, biotin and D3
  15. Hi I think you have gone to the next level and graduate to this new stage of progession. I too felt just the same as you. Is been a month and one day since I had surgery and I am still learning at each stage of this lifestyle change.
