Words that should be banned from VST

I probably spend more time on here than I should, but as I read some of these posts, there are certain words that just simply shouldn't be used...Try working some of these into a normal conversation and see if you don't get a giggle.

broth - ever use that word in a conversation? I laugh every time I read "I had some warm broth." I cook for a living, and not once have I ever made broth. Soup, yep, stock yep, broth...uh..no..

Bougie - Didn't even know what this meant, and still don't. (Don't wanna know either) Word shouldn't be used in mixed company. When people start comparing their bougies, I think those posts should be restricted to the men's room forum.

Surgerversary - Again, WTF? Can't we use normal english? You had surgery on X date or a year ago I had surgery. I can't go down to the Hallmark store and get you a surgerversary card.

Onederland - Where is this place? Is this in Canada? Again, try using that in a normal conversation. I'm sure you'll get some confused looks.

Feel free to add your own favorite banned words....

(btw, for all you out there that had your sense of humor removed with your stomachs..this is a little Saturday night levity.)

"My Pouch.". Not only is that a by-pass term, it just sounds funny.

"Sip, sip, sip" and "walk, walk, walk"-- lol

I'll be quiet now. :). Fun topic!

I looked up oneder-land on my google maps and it's right next to two-for-one land. I personally spent lots of time there and

So I guess in the future when people say, you're a NUT, I can say no can't you see my batwings, I'm a superhero.

Ok, I'll stop now :-) !!!

Loose vs lose (already addressed)

Tummy--You're not 5. It's a stomach, fantastic tube of awesomeness, whatever you want, just not tummy.

This thread is pretty funny.

This was a really funny post! I told my RD about the NUT terminology. She is a totally pleasant person but found it puzzling, bc she isn't even called a nutritionist and basically anyone can call him/herself a nutritionist regardless of training. She is an RD/LD (registered/licensed dietitian). So when I post about her I just say "my RD." And RD is even shorter than NUT. :) Even though this post was in jest, I have always wondered how the term NUT became popular. Do other people's RDs say it, or are they not RDs, or did other people read it here from someone posting it and follow suit? Hmm....

Ppl always look at me funny when I tell them what my Nut said. I just don't understand why! Lol

No that's dumping :P

I thought that was FAST loosing...

I refer to the person telling me what to eat my dietician. That's her title and I'm sticking to it! Lol heck and I thought a NUT was higher up the pay scale. I'm liking my OWLO more and more.

" panniculectomy"

The clinical term for your navel is now below your knees......

Ha ha! Great post! I will say it took me forever to figure out what people were tAlking about when they talked about Nut's and Pcp's.

LOL... Me too... I thought Nut's was another word for psychiatrists.

I nominate the word "slider"...I mean...WTH??? Pre-sleeve they were tasty little burgers. I'm not sure what a slider is post-sleeve but it sure isn't a burger...lol.
