Hey everyone!! Just wanted to make a forum seeing if anyone wanted to be "sleeve buddies" and keep in touch through out our journeys! Well how's everyone going,I was sleeved 2days ago and feeling a bit sorry for myself.Also could someone show me there diet plan the first 2weeks.Its a little bit different in Australia and I don't need to have a certain amount of protein.
