Hey everybody I was sleeved on March 6 of this year my weight when I went into surgery was 261 pounds my current weight is 238 almost 5 weeks later. When I went to the NUT on April 1 my weight was 239 pounds I am a bit discouraged because the scale has not moved and I am in a bit of a slump. I eat food when I can and I'm sure to get all the protein in first if I am unable to eat all of the protein I always drink my protein so I am never lacking it. You know that weight isn't going to just fall off but I thought that I would be losing a little faster than this. I am just a bit discouraged right now I am not having anything that I am not supposed to be having very low sugar very low carbs I don't know what I am doing wrong.
