  2. Wednesday I will be 10 weeks out and I felt like I could eat a house today. I had a yogurt, my protein drink, chili, baked lays Cheetos, do I need to go on... YES... Please don't yell at me, Reese's peanut butter cups, a sip of sprite, 4 oz chicken breast and some salad and water. Did my stomach grow back or something. I don't understand. This is by far the WORST day ever for me. Wtf did I do to myself.

  4. Can anyone tell me the signs and symptoms of being dehydrated. I'm sure I am bc some days I don't drink any water. It's hard. Due to the hunger hormone being gone I do not think about or want food. It's really hard. I can't even force myself to Do it even though I know I have too. I have a horrible dry mouth over night especially when I wake up its a freaking desert inside my mouth!!
  5. Hey everybody I was sleeved on March 6 of this year my weight when I went into surgery was 261 pounds my current weight is 238 almost 5 weeks later. When I went to the NUT on April 1 my weight was 239 pounds I am a bit discouraged because the scale has not moved and I am in a bit of a slump. I eat food when I can and I'm sure to get all the protein in first if I am unable to eat all of the protein I always drink my protein so I am never lacking it. You know that weight isn't going to just fall off but I thought that I would be losing a little faster than this. I am just a bit discouraged right now I am not having anything that I am not supposed to be having very low sugar very low carbs I don't know what I am doing wrong.
  6. Don't lose hope!!!!! You'll get there!!! I promise!!!!

  8. Hey sleevers. I had surgery on March 6 of this year and coincidently that was the last day I had a cigarette. At times I do you just want to try one or have a drag but then I think about how far I have come and I do not want to lose my 17 days but I am cigarette free!!!
