I am not allowed to have any of that my diet consists of one protein shake with fat free milk in the morning and one for lunch. Then 3-6 oz of lean meat and broccoli for dinner that's it. Everything has to be non carbonated, caffeine free, and sugar free. Its been killing me lol but I have lost 26 pounds so its been worth it. Hang in there I have been on this diet since Jan. 10, most people only have to do it the first two weeks before surgery.

Mine is a week prior to surgery and 2 weeks post surgery.

I'm talking specifically about my postop diet!

I got extremely luck with pre-op diet. My surgeon just required day before surgery clear liquids only. But after it was one week full liquid. Two weeks pureed. Two weeks soft. Then onto real food as your tummy handles it.

Strained cream of chicken soup is still a life saver for me. 6 days post op. Also I'm aloud to put a little non chuck yogurt in my protein shake a blend. That's amazing also! Good luck!
