Espero lo aburirle con mis pregunta..

De acuerdo a un informe el bajar de peso tan rapidamente puede causar PERDIDA o CAIDA de cabello.... Mujeres han ustedes experimentado caida del cabello o q su hair line se le ha puesto mas ancha?

    At about six months post op my hair was shedding... But it stopped after 2 weeks :) I upped my Protein intake and started taking 2 Boitin pills (hair, skin & nail vitamins) a day. I have no problems now :)

    you can drink those biotin pills.....i wasnt sure we can take pills. I am going to have to buy me some of those pills in case that happens to me

    Check with your Dr. But mine says yes... The ones that I take are easy to swallow small gel capsules.
