omg girl...that's exciting!!! I've been eating regular foods for a minute now and even though I can't eat much...im loving it. i wanna be 150 by mid July....im hoping i can do it. How about u? how's your experience been like?

My doctor gave me the ok to start eating real food but once I do I feel full quickly Im getting nervous thinking im never going to eat more than just 1 or 2 spoon of real food everrrr...is that so? Is there anyone able to eat more than just 1-2 spoons without getting shooting pains or full.????

Lovingcheryl I her u. I honestly don't take in a lot of protein as i am not hungry enough. I am really in bad shape when it comes to protein intake. I started my journey at 219 and now im 187 Im loving it. When was your surgery ?

Although i do have a concern..i can begin to eat real food according to my Dr. but i have and i feel like a sinking sensation after a couple of bites. Then i get like gas inside my stomach ...is that something unusual?

Its the weekend and my surgeons office is closed. I just went to a mediquick clinic to check myself out for breathing issues and i ended up finding out that I have allergies. she told me to take CLARITIN D...CAN I? i know we have certain med restrictions and im not hone to look at the list. Please help if you know the answer. Thanks

For Protein ..I try eating chicken...beef...pureed. I drink Powerade atleast 2 bottles a day ( I doesn't make me nauseous like everything else) I hardly eat . Just not hungry. Im going to start planning my foods better. I need to start getting in more protein more then anything. The side of my right stomach is Now hurting a little. It feels like my stomach is hanging from the inside and I feel like this pulling sensation. Its weird. First my left now my right side. Im worried about the staple lines. Hopefully they didn't open up..I had the staple line convo with my doc and he said if it was that...I'll feel it. He said its an unbearable pain if the staples opened up.. hmmm...not what everyone is saying up here...some haven't jade any symptoms. anywhoo for now Im going to start planning ahead. Hope I can do this.

Today is my 1 month SURGYVERSARY ...yayyyyy. buttttt Im having pain not bad just a little shooting sharp pain in my left side incision. What can it be? also Im having a hard time with food..Im full after 1 or 2 spoons...is that normal? in addition I haven't had any weight loss :-( **frustrated** Also having a harsh time getting my Protein in...I don't regret my surgery but I had to vent...rrrrrrggg
