bariatric recipes

I am only a week out from surgery, but have already been looking for high protein bariatric complient meals to cook in a few weeks. Search Pinterst for bariatric meals. There is an avocado pesto to use on pasta that sounds great. Also, lots of recipes for pizzas using a variety of crusts.
