Protein puddings for all you that can't eat breakfast folks.

Hi there,

I found some Sylvester Stallone high Protein pudding at GNC and it works great for all of you that can't eat Breakfast or lunch like me.

20 grams of protein

1 g carb

2 g fat.

It really helps and makes you feel like you had something which is more than tea, coffee, or Soup does.

It is a little expensive at $1.75 a can but heck a Starbucks is $4 and does not have the same nutritional value.

They had choc, banana, and vanilla. I liked the choc the best. A bypasser turned me on to it.

Yummm

thanks for the info, I can not eat breakfast as well and I can not eat breakfast or lunch when my cycle is here.

Excellent, was hoping to find something I could eat with my new found restriction. Thanks!!

I tried them and thought they were good. Low Carb and fat and high in protein. I think they make good snacks! I agree that the chocolate is the best. I wouldn't mistake it for regular Jello Brand pudding, but a nice alternative to drinking a protein shake.
