Help building a WARNING - Worst Slider Foods List

Would love for folks to add the foods that are sliders for them - ones that literally are not subject to restriction feeling and can be dangerous unless measured out.

Here are a few from me (I am 2 months out today so have not went to things like ice cream which I know would be a slider ...)

1) Popcorn - extreme danger for me!

2) Rice pudding (weird other puddings fill me up quicker)

3) Egg beaters (funny as I know good for me but I just cant feel full on them)

Love to hear yours

Almonds. I eat 10-15 as a snack, but must count them out or i will eat too many.

Cheese so far

Akmak crackers are awesome. I find them right next to the rye crisp crackers and Wasa in the grocery in my rural Iowa town. If you can find them here you can find them anywhere!

I think for me its been chicken nuggets. Yep! I ate 5 yesterday and didn't feel full. It scared me big time!!!!

Graham crackers are my weakness

Flavored tootsie rolls.

Chezits

Olives

Bread n butter pickle chips

Ranch pringles

Im sure there are more.

Where can you find Ak Mak crackers? They sound really good.

Ak mak are amazing. I can only eat one at a time but still get some Fiber and Protein plus they taste so much better than most 'healthy' crackers.

They don't have them at my local grocery story but so at trader joes and whole foods. Not sure about fresh market.

Dairy Queen Soft Serve vanilla Ice Cream with Rainbow Sprinkles. Goes down way too easy.

On the plus side, my lactose intolerance gets me in the end (so to speak ;) ), so I will pay a price for my indulgence.

Quaker mini rice cakes...

Chobani 0% yogurts...

Sensible Portions Ranch Veggie chips...

I knew before I even tried the rice cakes and veggie chips that they would be sliders... I had been wanting something crunchy and they cured my craving for not many carbs. I've only had half a serving of either thing, but felt no restriction at all. I can eat a whole chobani yogurt in one sitting...not necessarily a bad thing, but something I didn't think I'd be able to do so soon out. Sorry for rambling, lol.

Having just straight up yogurt goes through me too. My nut told me to jazz it up...so now i have 1/3 cup fage and add a quarter cup of high protein Special K and a couple berries to mine. Sometimes i also do a tablespoon or half tbsp of flax seed. Almost can't finish it and sometimes don't but so nutritious and good carbs!

Oh, blooming oinion!!!! I have been thinking about one of those for months now. How bad could it be? It's just an onion. Vegetable... Kidding. That would send me right over the edge! I believe in moderation, but I also believe there are some things I couldn't handle. Sad, really...

I tried soft serve for the first time today expecting it to be a slider but i definitely felt some restriction. Got full very quick and threw away like 75% of the thing. My slider is strawberries and imitation crab for some reason though. I can eat them forever.

Once a year. That is all I can handle. I had maybe one sixth of it. It slid down way to easily.
