My tummy is so small that I am not getting all my Protein or Calories in?

I just don't know what to do. 400-600 calories on a good day, be glad to be off the liquid diet and I think I'll aftually be about to get more nutrition:( I am taking Vitamins though, at least that!!

Thanks Guys I just don't want to over eat' date=' making me nervous but I know I need food![/quote']

I always got nervous I was doing too much too . What I went by was my cousin telling me he could do half of yoplait light yogurt--so that's what I did. I felt at times I could do more but I didn't.
