BCBS of IL. Approved me!

So BCBS of Il approved me after only 24 hours! Soooo, why don't I have a date you ask?..well it's because I only know because I called the company today, they said they sent out an approval letter to me and my surgeons office. I left a message with them so I'm hoping for a date tomorrow..aaah the waiting game.

Congrats!! I too had good luck with BCBS IL approving quickly. Where are yoy having your sleeve done?

I'm having my sleeve done in Maryland, with Dr. Averbach. Also, my start weight is 337 and my height is 6'1

I also have BCBS IL and was approved in 24 hours !! Now I'm just waiting for the scheduling Coordinator to call me for my date of surgery

You know I actually called her, because BCBS told me they'd sent out a letter to me and the office and of course neither of us had received it (that was a week after they had already approved me!) so I called and told them that the insurance company said they'd approved me and my coordinator confirmed that same day, called me back with a date the next day and my last appointments. I wanted so badly to get in this March and my office is so great they were actually able to make it happen!
