I am a mermaid, I had to wait 3 weeks b4 I could get back in the water, but yes, call the office.

I had the same time frame on vacation, had surgery 1 mo. prior to vacation. I hope u will have access to a kitchen. I was just coming off puréed foods but other than that I was GOOD.

Hi I live in Florida and my doctor said no swimming or hot tubs for 6 weeks. I just went to Ohio for 3 days and it was tough. I had to buy protein drinks cottage cheese string cheese and yogurt at the grocery store that i kept in a fridge and ate an egg for breakfast. I forgot to take my omeprazole when I was gone too. I'm 4 weeks post op today. plan accordingly. Other then that I did fine. What part of Florida are you coming to? If you are in the Ft. Myers area I will meet up with you!

HELLO. I WILL BE IN ORLANDO. IM HOPING HE SAYS IT'LL BE FINE FOR ME TO GO SWIMMING...EITHER WAY IM STILL GOING TO BE HAPPY BEING THAT I WANT THIS SURGERY MORE THAN ANYTHING AT THIS POINT.

I just had my one week follow up today and was told I can't swim for a month until my incision is completely healed. I'm dying to get back in the pool, but I don't want my incision to have any problems.
