1 week out. Anyone still having gas pains and shortness of breath?

Don't get me wrong, at first I thought I made a mistake, what have I gotten myself into? The pain from the gas was sickening! One positive thing, I am able to get my fluids down. How long will it take for the gas pain to pass? I be glad when I can start enjoying this new life journey. More positive news, I haven't had an appetite! :)

I still have a few gas pains but mostly I have back pain from laying around to much this last week. Everyone says to walk, walk, walk and that will get the gas out. I'm trying to get a walk in everyday but I've been lacking energy I had a rought time getting my water and protein in for the first few days so I think I'm a little dehydrated too. So now I've started writing it all down so I can get enough in and it seems to have helped. I hope your pain goes away soon so you can get on with enjoying your new life. :D

The days are getting better. Found out that my blood pressure pills had something to do with my shortness of breath. Still have gas pains, but I am good !Thank you and I wish you luck as well.

Glad you found out what was causing the short breaths. Sounds like you are feeling a lot better too. I'm doing pretty good, a little bit of a weightloss stall but I guess that happens. Wish I could get more Water in but I just get tired of drinking things and get really full from the Protein Shakes. Good new is I get to start pureed food on Tuesday woohoo lol

I'm back at work full time today. NO pains. This is been pretty smooth for me. Getting all liquids and proteins as of today.
