Before and After Pics

  • Popular Post

I love seeing the progress people have made after surgery. So for those comfortable enough to share them I'd love to see your before and after (and even progress) pics. I haven't had surgery yet (and wont for at least another 3mths) so I don't have any to post but I still like seeing what I have to look forward to. The pic below is me at my highest of 316lbs 2hrs after my son was born.

I feel I'm evolving and so are my fitness/aesthetic goals.

I have been lifting super heavy. I feel I have reached the body composition that I always wanted, as surgery worried me (loss of muscle and all).

My abs are visible all day, I have definition all over and I'm strong. I keep going on vacations and I ache to come back and workout again. I love moving my body :)

Me again! I realize that I am the last person to post to this thread but surgery was September 4 and as of Saturday I’m down 72 pounds and in February I went back to my childhood hobby of figure skating. The picture of me not in a metallica shirt is from yesterday before my freestyle session.

You all inspire me so much! I'm 18 days away from my bariatric sleeve surgery. I've had all sorts of emotions these past 9 months, including worry that getting this surgery would be a huge mistake. Your stories, your struggles, your successes, and your photos empower me and help me see that I am on the right track. I need this surgery, I know, and it's going to be a game-changer for me. Thank you and congratulations, every one of you! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

I just joined this online support group recently and I'm going through the before and after photos. I am so happy for you all. Wow! Your hard work and perseverance really paid off. I hope mine will, too!
