Before and After Pics

  • Popular Post

I love seeing the progress people have made after surgery. So for those comfortable enough to share them I'd love to see your before and after (and even progress) pics. I haven't had surgery yet (and wont for at least another 3mths) so I don't have any to post but I still like seeing what I have to look forward to. The pic below is me at my highest of 316lbs 2hrs after my son was born.

October 2023 will mark my 10 years sleeve anniversary. ??????
I am going to be 53 April 2023 and I’ve never felt or looked better in my life!!
This was ONE OF THE BEST decisions I ever made for ME!
I did my first fitness competition last year and took second place in the Transformations Category.
Nothing is “Impossible” the word itself tells you “I’m possible”!

9 months post op. 115lbs. Only thing that hasn't shrunk are my ears! ?

I've gone from 26/28 to 12/14 and 3xl/4xl to large. I think I want to lose around 10-15 more pounds but I'm pretty content right now.

Pic on the left was Ford ST SUV Experience 2020, Right was Ford ST SUV Experience 2023.

Exactly 3 years to the day.
Surgery was Jan 2021.

Still not at "my" goal, but getting there slowly. Need to buckle down a bit. Funniest part about these pics is that you can see my belt!

OMG you guys look awesome!! Every time I get annoyed with this process I come here and look at a few pages and remind myself why I'm doing this, it helps a lot... You are all inspiring!
