oh holy regret

I ate junk all day. I even didn't want to eat the nice baked fish i made for dinner. and then i had gelato. and then there were two bites left that i didn't want to eat.. but i also didn't want to take it into the kitchen.. and it was the expensive kind so i just ate it instead of letting it melt.

I'm pretty sure I'm dying. I am admitting this all to you, vsg forum, because i am miserable and i don't know what made me do those things today. (the magical fatty fairy?) I didn't eat anything that's going to hurt my sleeve - all soft junk. lol. too much info - but my cycle is about to start - that could explain the cravings

but seriously - i'm going to lay down and attempt to get into fetal position and remember this is how i got fat. i have to get it together! I am admitting this to a forum so that you can blast me and criticize. so. do that please. :)

I learned from 2oz. rare Prime Rib. Holy S**t, I was in pain and sick as a dog for 2 days. The sleeve sure knows how to say, "Stop that or I will kill you next time!!!".

I have learned to listen to "the gurgle". When full, my stomach emits a gurgle. I can ignore it once. Only once. If the second gurgle comes, I had better stop. It means business. I will pay. I have paid.
