there are a few websites that I use and some cook books I have found.

Chef Dave has a few cook books made just for us. his web site also has a lot of information and recipes on it. ChefDave.org if I remember right.

Hope that helps a little.

The post op diet that I am following allows pretty much anything except for bad carbs like mash potatoes, grits, corn etc. As long as you chew it really well or you can mush or purée it. I will be making chili beans this week and blend it up a little.
