So I'm about 5 mths out & wondering should I be able to consume 6 oz at a time??? I had an Italian ice in a kiddie size & was able to finish it. Is it considered more of a liquid???

Yup, sounds about right because its a liquid.

No prob! I would watch the sugar/carbs in the Italian ices though. It may make you over eat during the rest of your day due to blood sugar spiking.

I LOVE italian ice! I only have it once a year at the beach...and you better believe I will have a cup this year too lol

I have seen no sugar added varieties at the grocery store. Not as good as the real thing I am sure.
