So, I'm 11 days short of 7 months. I had my 6 month checkup yesterday and my nurse practitioner is so concerned with my incredible hair loss that she's referring me to a dermatologist. I've lost over half of my hair. I've always taken all my vitamins (including Biotin), got all my protein in, using the specialty shampoos and protein hair treatments... I'm afraid I'm going to lose all of it. I'd even wear a hat to work if I could. On a good note, all my blood tests are great. I'm off my meds, cholesterol and blood pressure are all great. I'm trying to focus on the good and positive things, but its so hard dealing with losing this amount of hair. Growing up, I loved my hair when I didn't love anything else about me. Thanks for letting me vent to people I know can possibly relate and understand.
