nope. too much sugar, its not the ideal snack. try to find low carb things to eat. Also, I tried some of that and I felt horrible. So - voice of experience. Went right through me if you know what I mean.

If your just looking for an ice cream type snack. Breyer's makes a low carb ice cream which is really good.

I have been eating just sugar free frozen yogurt. Is this not good for ya?

I would say no due to the sugar and care content. sugar free popsicles saved me and I still eat them.

Meant to say, carb

I love ice cream. I know its not on the diet, but sometimes I have to give myself permission to have a little bit. The best advice I've received so far has been: eat the very best quality you can afford. You will only be able to eat a few bites, so splurge on the best. I personally LOVE Ben and Jerry's greek frozen yogurt. Yes, it is high in calories, but it also has over 6 grams of protein per 1/2 cup. It has a ton of calcium too. So its not completely empty calories. I can eat about 3 to 4 small spoonfulls, and I feel very satisfied.

You can try Greek frozen yogurt' date=' it's tasty.

This has 17 carbs and 12 sugar. That's a lot...for me it is anyway. I guess it depends on how far out you are to eat it or not. I will be 7 months on the 16th.

My food addiction of choice was sugary sweet chocolate food so I stay away from stuff like so I won't fall off the wagon. At some point I Will learn moderation in everything is ok but that point is not now.
