Ultrasound results

So I have received my results from the pa over the phone and it turns out I'm pregnant.... No but really I guess I have nothing wrong with me and no blood clots. So maybe my vitamins are off and so I hope to see my pcp and get blood work done. Thanks all who helped me when I was breaking down. And thank you for all the support!!!
