I know what you mean! I keep a variety of the Mio water flavors handy to mix it up. I have also been making iced tea using Decaf tea bag and a mint tea bag... My taste bud's are definitely changing. :)

Good luck!

I struggle with water too. I do best with room temp flavored water. I also drink herbal tea and occasionally steamed milk with sf Syrup in it (so good!). I have to schedule my beverages. I try to drink one 24oz bottle in the morning, one in the mid afternoon, and one in the evening before bed.

I was sleeved 2/25 & I'm down 36 lbs. April has been a very slow month. I added in exercise April 5th and have only lost 6 lbs since then. I'm trying to increase my calories but its do dang hard. BUT I'm looking HOTT. And I have a friend that gave me 9 garbage bags full of clothes do I'm enjoying playing dress up. Oh I forgot to mention I had lost 40 lbs pre-op so I'm down 76 lbs all together.

I don't know how you are on Protein but I've found that if I pick up my protein I lose more!

I can drink Water but forget after waiting 45-60 mins after eating. I did a body analysis which said I am technically dehydrated.

How's my February Sleevers doing??? I miss talking to you everyday. Funny how we get back to our everyday life of working, family, and school and not so focused every second on our sleeves. I sure am glad I did this though. It feels great to be 50 lbs lighter!!! Hope you are all doing well!!!

I got a special scale which measures body weight, bmi, Water weight, bone density, muscle mass, etc. I also went to my doctor who had a professional scale with the same measurements for confirmation.

You can go to a website 1saleaday.com or Amazon to find them. They range from $30-200. The one I got was really accurate it was within 1 pound of the o e my doctor has.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
