Can someone please explain to me in simple terms what slider effect is? And does everyone go thru a stall ?

Hey I found this article on slider foods and it helped me understand it better.

http://5daypouchtest.com/articles/art002.html

And as far as stalls, I think eventually everyone goes through one. I think the biggest thing is to try not to get too frustrated. The most common stall is the 3 week stall. I think it's because many people are transitioning to mushy or purée foods and the body needs to adjust(that's just my logic don't quote me on it).

Had my surgery done on the 20th. All went well. The problem is I feel completely run down. I have no energy to do anything, my wife is 6 months out and feels perfect. She says it will come back, but man it is tough.

No worries just think of combinations of things you can eat. I know I too struggled like crazy with the smell of anything delicious in our house..

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
