4 months out and sleeve seems tighter

i cant finish all my food, i get so full and thats not good because i have to get my calories in and protien. anyone else at this stage feel the same way

Seems I read somewheres on here about "priming the sleeve"??? Maybe you could research that? What I got from it was that instead of having yogurt or a protein drink for breakfast, eat something more dense (if you are at that stage) and it will help you to be able to eat more later in the day. Just a thought.... :)

Never heard this! It's interesting! I always always only do a shake in am. I may try dense protein.

I cant each much either. I am just over 3 months post op. I get about 500 - 600 calories a day. That is all. Yes I am losing slow, or to me it is slow. I am losing inches. I can eat about 2 oz protein and that is all at one meal. Just a few bites. Today was one of those days I probably didnt get that much in me. and No I havent been at gym as much as I would like to be.
