This would absolutely be a great source of Protein. whey protein isolate is the best form of protein for us, add the fact that it is hydrolized for even faster absorption.

After you try it you'll have to let me know how it tastes.

First off, I am a total newbie in the protein drink world--- just beginning the sampling stage for my up coming surgery. I've read in another forum about how great "Sunkist Protein" drinks/shots are. I've attached the nut info of the shots I found online. Does anyone have thoughts or info on this "special type" of protein they use? I'm thinking these shots might be good in my early days post- surgery. I appreciate your thoughts;)
