A little over 48hrs from now...

I should be getting sleeved. I am truly terrified. I wish i could be excited like so many people but i'm just flat out scared.

I WANT TO BE EXCITED! My fears won't let me to the point where I keep questioning my decision!

You are in good company. My knees were knocking when I talked to the surgeon. He wanted to take me to the OR in 2 weeks. I negotiated 4 weeks to get a handle on my fears! He didn't help by telling me my pain from the hiatal hernia part of the surgery was going to be horrific for 2 days.

Everyone goes through the anxiety a couple days before surgery this is a life changing decision you have made to have surgery and that is a scary thought. You just have to remember the reasons you decided to have the surgery and measure the benefits vs the risks and you should be fine. Hope this helps, good luck.
