One week exactly to my 3 month anniversary....really trying to drop 6 pounds to hit my 50 pound 3 month goal...if not would love to be 50 down by Easter!

I went on vacation last week...I had seafood every night, but shared with my boyfriend and only had things that were grilled or steamed. A couple bites each night really filled me up with half a side salad...and I saved money!

You all make me feel so much better! At times I think what if I fail and don't loose all the weight, but when I see you are all in the same place as me I feel so much better! Thanks for the inspiration.

***What is everyone's height and goal weight?***

I'm 5'6, goal at the moment is 140....but I'm starting to think that might be too low.

I am 5"7 goal 140

Per surgery 296

Surgery 264

Today 220.6

Week 11 my surgery was Dec 26th 2013

Since surgery 43.6 pounds all together 75.6

Hello Decembers...

Could you share what your workout/ physical activities level you are at? I just started some light weights and have increased my walking (I'm a little behind because of some complications from the sleeve) but I working harder and can't wait until I have my full strength back :-) .

I'm 5'6 and my goal is 165... I am not sure if I want to be 145/147 or whatever they say I should be I personally think that is to small but hey you never know I may change my mind when I get there and see 20 pounds would make a difference I wont know until i reach goal and i will take it from there!

What were your stats? They want me to get there too!

I run every day 2.5-3 miles. Also walk half a mile Twice per day. I have a 5K race coming up next weekend but after that's over I'll do weights I will alternate weights and running every other day.

Sleeved 12/13 lost 45 pounds been in a stall for 4 weeks

I hit my 90 day mark the 5th and I am down 80 lbs. I just started biking and I know I need to get more active. I feel good, but still having some issues with my food intake.

It seems I am at the toilet vomiting at least once or twice a day. It wears me out! Some foods I am ok with one time and the next they don't agree with my stomach.

I am 5'6 3/4" and my goal weight is 145. I am currently in between size 16 and 14. I was a size 22 about to bust into a 24. I am seeing the loss now when I put on clothes that are falling off that once were tight.

I work with a Personal Trainer twice weekly. And do some crunches, pushups and squats at home. I also have a week-end job where I pull lots of pallets. I need to work on cardio. That is the hardest for me to do.

Girl you are the December sleeve hero! Lol and I believe age and High Bmi's play a big part but you are still my hero! lol great job on your loss!

Awwwwww y'all are too kind! Thank you so much. i wana get down to 130 lbs so i have some ways to go but i reall look forward to my journey. Thank you guys for all your support! means a lot.

I don't mean to put anyone down but when people post that they have lost in excess of 100 lbs in such short periods, it makes me angry. I wonder why them and not me??? I want to know if I'm doing something wrong and yet I know I'm following my protocol 100%. I just had to post because I don't come on here daily because of this reason. I guess I'm just jealous and petty. Anyone else feel like me???

I have hit my first stall since my december 22nd surgery and i gotta tell you that i am kind of happy because i want to be able to enjoy my journey more. I feel like when it flies off that im not able to just enjoy my journey and learn more about my sleeve. A stall is not negative or bad, its your body changing and we know we will continue to lose so what can be better than that? im in no rush. As a matter of fact, i put my scale away today because i dont want to continue to be a slave to it. i will continue to excercise and focus on being as healthy as possible without judging myself for not being a size 6 yet. Even as i am losing fast, it just makes me want to lose it faster. im not judging myself anymore.

I have a funny success story. Know the maxi dress night gowns at lane bryant? Well, I bought several of them last year because they are so comfortable around the house. Since losing weight, 61 pounds since surgery on Dec 3, they keep geeting longer and longer. My pants are getting longer because my booty is getting smaller. It's just cool to notice the little things like that. It speaks volumes in each individuals success along the way. Perhaps I should consider getting some new night gowns that aren't a tripping hazard, lol!
