All of my December sleevers...

Recommended Posts

Sleeved 12/28, down 20 pounds from surgery, 29 pounds total! I stalled when I started eating... Didn't lose for over a week! I was so frustrated. I seem to be losing again now :-) I don't think my body is in shock anymore ;-)

I have been very disappointed this week! It's been almost two weeks tomorrow since I lost ANY weight or inches. I am so frustrated and upset. I am actually doing everything from Protein to liquids. I haven't started working out I am always tired and just want to sleep all day. Please help or advise anyone.

Lost 25lbs and 39inches in 4 weeks.

Thanks In Advance

Sleeved 12/26. Down 33 pounds and two sizes. I'm lucky if I get 500 calories a day in. I average about 40 grams of Protein and 40 ounces of Water. I stalled at week three but didn't change a thing. I get in 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week So far so good!!

I'm having a huge stall here. Sleeved on 12/11. I lost 30 lbs in two weeks and I haven't lost anything in a month! I'm upset but I know it has to happen. I'm exercising and getting my Protein in. Good to see others have stalled as well.

.....like others , i think ...omg, this is not gonna work for me and i'm gonna keep gaining a pound or two and not lose any more!!!.........i was really bummed for FOUR weeks with my dang scale!so ...i guess things are fixed once again !!!! i have seen others with a 1-2 week stall , but not a month!!dont worry .....things 'll start oving again !!!:)And use this as a learning experience so when a stall happens again we will know the scale WILL move again!!!Good Luck to u ! :)

Surgery was on 12/11 and I'm down 31 pounds. Hit a stall this week and actually gained 1/2 pound. Not too worried though. My friend had the surgery about 2 years ago and she said she stalled all the time but usually only for a week.

Finally broke my 2 week stall today with a 2 pound loss. Yesterday I ate all of my Protein and did about 700 calories versus 600. Not sure if that was the reason, but today was a great scale day :-). I have been trying to walk as much as possible, in stores, around the block, etc. if I do not get 30 min in, I make up the rest on my treadmill. I finally will have my follow up with my doctor next week, he is out of town so it will be at 5 weeks, hoping for a good visit. His goal for me is 60 pounds in 90 days, so I'm half way there.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
