Ok so finally had surgery yesterday so I can join in the fun!

Highest weight 268.6

Surgery weight 228.9

Goal weight 218.0

I have no idea how fast or slow I'm going to lose right away' date=' so I'm just picking a good number.

So I'm already down to 209.2 so with 8 days to go, I would like to get down to 204. I'm losing fairly slowly so don't want to shoot for the moon.[/quote']

I just came from my pcp office. With my denim jeans on (I would have dressed in my scrubs if I had known I was getting weighed today lol) I weighed 209.6 on my scale before I get dressed I was down to 206.8 this morning. Now if I can make it to onederland by the end of the month I will be so happy! Congrats to all of us!

Congratulations to everyone who made their goals and everyone who tried. Working toward the goal is a big accomplishment too. I know I weight so much less than I did last Valentine's day and who knows where I'll be a year from now. I didn't make my goal, still 8 lbs off. What's the next challenge? Any ideas?

Made my goal of 175 a few days ago. Now, I'm down to losing these last 20 pounds. Hopefelly it will get me into size 10/12 jeans. Very frustrated to be stuck in size 14s.

I'm a little late reporting my results. My goal was 151. I had a freaking 4 week stall!!!!

So my weigh in for Vday was 156 lbs. I did still loose, but nothing like I have in the past.

But ..its ok!!! I feel amazing and am very happy. Looking forward to the next challenge.

Well better late then never. Finally hit my Valentine's Day goal on 2/23!!!

My major stall broke and dropping at a faster pace again. It is completely surreal for me to continue to see a "1" at the beginning of my weight!!!

On to the Spring challenge!!!

HW = 278

SW (7-17) = 267.6

CW = 195

GW = 195 :-)

      Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

      I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
      I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
