  2. It depends on your body, I didn't loose extremely fast. It's taken really almost the whole year to get to my goal weight. But I don't mind it has helped with the loose skin and it has given me time to tone. My surger was 11/6/2012 and I am about 11lbs away from my goal. Give yourself time, figure out food wise what works for you and go for it? About a month Post op you should be able to exercise

  9. I say as long as it was blended really well and you didn't get sick your fine. Do not feel guilty, the more nutrients you can get in the better off you will be. And it was homemade which is the best because you can watch the sodium intake, that of which you can't control with canned soups.
  10. I had my 6 mo visit today I am down 55 pounds and feeling TERRIFIC! I hope everyone else is doing well also.

  13. What she said, it is a matter of maturity and simply being the head of the house hold. He is the male and thus should act accordingly. If he doesn't want to work then it's time for you to make the hard decision read the quote below. You deserve to be happy and that doesn't mean it will be with him. If she's amazing, she won't be easy If she's easy, she won't be amazing If she's worth it, you won't give up If you give up, your not worthy Truth is everybody is going to hurt you; you just got to find the ones worth suffering for. So ask yourself this question is he worth suffering for?

  19. I love sushi too!!! Can't wait to be able to eat it, just haven't ventured out yet. I am able to eat way more than when I first started. I just make sure I eat protein first
  20. Congrats, you should be at the point that your able to work out. I try and work out at least 4 days a week incorporating weight training and cardio. Trying really hard to fight the sagging skin as much as I can.
  21. I didn't start working out until a month post. Don't get discouraged about the weight loss it will come. What I have learned about this surgery is you always loose in spurts, I stopped focusing on the weight loss and I concentrate on how I feel and how my clothes fit
  22. Good question because I have been in a major stall. Going up or down by 2 or 3 pounds, I am finally in the onederland's but I can't for the life of me get out of the 190's!
  23. If your tracking your work out it automatically add calories, doesn't mean you have to eat them all. Normally when work out depending on what I do I stay between 800-1000 calories. On the days I don't work out I stay around 600-650
  24. First of all that is a great day because it's my B-day! The sagging skin I haven't had a lot or problems with but I wasn't as heavy so I can only speak for myself. But for the boobs there is nothing you can do boo. I had my surgery on 11/6 I am going to wait at least 18 months before I have my boob job. Congrats on your sleeve welcome to the family!

  27. you are doing awesome! I am not missing the large portions either, infact I really don't eat out anymore not worth the hassle!
  28. Congrats, I was 2lbs away from my goal as well but you made and awesome point I wasn't this light last Valentine Day so i am happy with the small steps. How about an Easter Day Challenge? March 24
