food and guilt.. am I the only one who feels guilty after eating, after being sleeved?
Congrats on loosing 3 Pd's!! even though the number is small it is still a accomplishment! I feel guilty every time I put anything in my mouth that tastes good. the only conclusion that I have came up with is to exercise and work it off. I love my sleeve but some days I just can't seem to get full. I've got to find my balance! and sometimes that is the hardest thing to do.

I think I'm broken :(
I don't know if this will help you but I will share what I did to get a boost on my weight loss journey.. I would take 13 gal size trash bag (like you use in the kitchen) and cut the bottom out of it and slip it on covering my but to just under my breast then I'd take a sweat band and wrap it around my waist (to kinda hold up the bag)or tuck it under your bra. But, having the plastic directly on my skin. I would walk for 30 min every day with Sunday being my (free day). Once I finished I would take off the bag and literally a cup or sometimes a glass of Water would drain out the bag. I know its gross but it worked this is what i used to get me past my hump. I hope it can help you too. let me know good luck....

food and guilt.. am I the only one who feels guilty after eating, after being sleeved?
@Melody2 Have you tried the B12 injection? @GMJIMENEZ You should be taking vitamins to replace the nutrients from the loss of food, to keep your body going! You might want to call your doctor and ask him. I take the Centrum chewable I take 2 a day at noon. hope this helps the B12 is for energy. The doctor told me NOT to take gummies because it doesn't have time to break down the vitamins before its digested.

- food and guilt.. am I the only one who feels guilty after eating, after being sleeved?
Am I the only person who feels guilt after eating? I was sleeved one week ago today and last night I had some homemade chicken soup. I put it into my chopper and blended it into like baby food form and ate my heart out lol. well I ate about 4 oz It was so good and I was full BUT, I felt so guilty I don't know if I can have it? but, I didn't get sick. Today I'm feeling so guilty i don't know what to do with myself is this normal? Also, does anyone know when the hunger hormone will be GONE from my body?? thanks in advance!- One week after being sleeved.
