  8. I was sleeved July 9 my HW was 245 Surgery day weight was 233 and my CW is 198.... I thought I was losing really slow too until I saw my NUT today and told him my concern and he said that it may seem that way but what we have to look at too is before surgery it's possible your calorie intake was like 1500 and now you take in 800-1000. It's a difference but not a huge jump compared to someone who was taking in let's say 2000 calories and now only takes in 800-1000. He says my weight loss is a a good pace and its will start to take off soon just be patient.
  9. I tried rice and bread once and for both I just threw up right away
  10. I was told I can eat anything now that I am more than a month out. Doctor said its a trail and error period to see what my stomach handles. I have tried a small piece of bread but within 2 minutes I am throwing up and the same for white rice. I did have a little of brown rice and it sit well with me. I am also a fanatic of pizza so I bought gluten free wraps and put a little of pizza sauce and skim milk mozzarella cheese and it actually did very well with my stomach.
  11. Does anyone else have a problem with holding down any breads or rice?
  12. Let me know how that tastes cause I love love love pizza and I saw those exact recipes on there for bread less pizza.
  13. I was sleeved July 9... But since surgery I have lost 23 lbs the last time I weighed myself. My issue is that since surgery I have been dealing with my uncles illness. He has stage 5 colon cancer and has been moved to Hospice. Since he has been moved I have been staying in the house with him and it had totally messed up my meals. This was very short notice so I couldn't plan. The food here is nothing of what I can eat and all the stores carry are muscle milk light. Does anyone have a recommendation on how to get back on my plan once I leave. I don't know what to do and I am afraid that what little I have had so far will stretch my stomach out again
